UPDATES

• Our end of the season gathering will take place on Tuesday, October 19th from 5:00pm-6:30 pm in the Cafeteria! Pictures will be taken promptly at 5:00pm so please bring your blue and red cross country shirts! Picture packets are now available in the main office so come prepared to order pictures if you want them! We are so excited to celebrate the many accomplishments of the runners this season. CONGRATULATIONS MUSTANGS ON A SEASON WELL DONE! :)
• Our next meet is the Sweetheart invite down in Loveland. release time will be 1:00. Boys will run first at 2:30 and the girls will start at 2:35. For more information on race times, how to get there, and what the course will be like click here.

• The results for the Walt Clark Invite are in! Congratulations to everyone for running well in our first meet! We placed very well as a team as the girls placed 3rd overall and the boys placed 4th! The best that any PSD team did. For individual times and results click here.
• The St. Vrain Invite has been taken off of our list of meets. Click here to download an updated schedule! The following runners still must register with the city before they can run in ANY meets!
• A few concerns were voiced at the parent meeting about the ability to transport runners to the meets. If you are one of those people there are a few things that you can do!
  • Liana Shell has kindly offered her help. She can be contacted at home (970)797-2777 or on her cell at (970)231-2417.
  • You can also check out the roster to find contact information for the team by scrolling down underneath the meet schedule and following the link.
• We are hoping to get parents who are willing to bring snacks and drinks for the team to enjoy after the meets since they will need to re-hydrate and replace nutrients lost during the race. Coach Dillman will have a sign up sheet available at the first meet on September 8th. We are hoping for 3-4 parents for each meet as we have 61 runners this season! If anyone is able to bring to the first meet please let either Coach Parmley or Coach Dillman know as soon as possible!
• Runners!!! Check out your times for the 1.5 mile time trial and your estimated race times to see where you are starting out at by clicking here.
• Please make sure that you or your runner bring a water bottle to practice everyday! With the heat that we have been running in it is a safety hazard not to have one and keeps us from training properly!!

• Please complete the Information form and return to Coach Parmley or Coach Dillman as soon as possible.
  • This will help us to create work outs that cater to your skill level and running history!
